The Gambaro Group have been instrumental in their contribution to Queensland Tourism as they run several multi award winning restaurants around Brisbane. The Gambaro family founded Australia’s biggest community Festival, the iconic Caxton Street Festival, 3 decades ago. A highlight of the Queensland Tourism Event Calendar, this event raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities throughout the years and this is something that John and his family are famous for. This is the hallmark for the Gambaro Group – red carpet events, bringing people together and raising much needed funds for charities across the state. Gambaro’s Seafood Restaurant and Hotel are situated in the Caxton Street Entertainment Precinct snuggled underneath Suncorp Stadium.
