Considered to be one of the country’s most experienced arts leaders, Libby has curated and managed major arts projects with the Brisbane Festival, Queensland Music Festival, Expressions Dance Company and the Out of the Box Festival. Libby is currently a custodian of the City of Gold Coast’s Culture Strategy 2023 and she shares how the City of Gold Coast is supporting live music through Music Business programs to give a helping hand to artists equipping them for a post covid much changed music landscape.
