In the Music Real E41, the team have an early morning chat with Sex Pistols, Bassist and Song Writer Mr Glen Matlock. Stuck in lockdown in the UK since March after COVID forced the cancellation of his US tour, Glen had an unexpected house guest – Earl Slick, sideman guitarist for David Bowie and John Lennon – stuck in the UK thanks to lockdown. The two of them have been entertaining fans in their new digital show Me and Him. We had a great chat with Glen about the state of the UK, politics after Brexit and the future for music over there – and let’s face it – worldwide. And we had a nice surprise appearance from Slick at the end of our chat! With a new album out later this year, we cannot wait to see Glen and Slick back in Australia in 2021.
